I am writing on behalf of Kristy Thornton. I have known Mrs. Thornton since October of 2010. I am one of the owners of Stepping Stones Chid Care Center. My business partner and I own two facilities in The Woodlands, Texas. We hired Kristy to help us improve our business. Our teachers always enjoyed coming to training when Kristy was the trainer due to her creative, experienced, and enthusiastic personality. They would leave the trainings feeling rejuvenated, motivated, and educated. Mrs. Thornton also has a natural ability when working with people.

What I really like most is that the trainer (Kristy Thornton) is actually in the child care business, not just the training business. Good administrative training is difficult to find these days.
Kristy had such neat ideas…she presented things I would have never thought of! She is extremely good at her job. If I could of added one thing to the seminar it would have been …MORE TIME. I wanted to learn so much more from Kristy. She kept my interest and made the class fun.

My company has been saved by the most incredible lady in the business. When Kristy first called me and shared her views on our case, I fell in love with her right then (in a profesisonal way. She spoke directly and was real plain about our situation. At that point I hoped her report was half as great and knowledgeable as she presented herself to me over the phone. Well here came the report. After I read it I was floored, and humbled by how much knowledge and power was put into that report.
Look, I really couldn't have done this a tenth as well without Kristy, and I owe her big. Kristy, you are hands down the most knowledgeable daycare pro I know to date. The presentation was thorough, interesting, and too the point. It was all really great and I wished it was a longer class. The class had great ideas and great handouts, too.
The workshop gave me excellent information. It got me really pumped and motivated. Getting all of this information was overwhelming but GREAT !!! It was fantastic.
